Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3 schedule)
Day Shift :7am – 7pm 
Night Shift: 7pm – 7am

 


Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Packaging & Forklift Operator (Production Technician) to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in Rock Hill, SC. This role involves operating forklifts, handling materials, packaging finished products, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met in a production environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards

  • Perform material handling, including loading and unloading trucks

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues

  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

  • Support production processes and assist team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule

  • Basic computer or documentation skills preferred

Work Environment

  • Industrial/manufacturing setting

  • May involve exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery

  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
