Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent hire for the right candidate. This role will play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing collections, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collections activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding balances
  

• Review, edit, and process invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  

• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  

• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing issues and disputes
  

• Assist with reporting and account analysis as needed
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient billing and payment processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections required
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP systems a plus)
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Work Schedule

• Flexible schedule: 30–40 hours per week
  

• Options include 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
