What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative I? You’ll be:

  • Supporting business groups including Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Product Specialists, IT, Distribution, Supply Planning, and Healthcare Professionals.

  • Executing key functions such as Sales Support, Complaint Replacement Processing, Service Support, and enhancing the overall Customer Experience.

  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that impact patient surgeries, brand reputation, and product revenues.

  • Handling pre-sale activities such as responding to customer inquiries, providing product literature, coordinating supply chain and shipping, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Managing presale logistics of capital inventory, coordinating upgrades, and application evaluations.

  • Addressing post-sale inquiries including RMA, order status, and delivery through a centralized hotline system.

  • Comprehending and executing complex capital contracts for application delivery.

  • Quoting preventative maintenance and robotic repairs, requiring an understanding of finance, policy, and advanced mathematics.

  • Troubleshooting with international regulatory entities to ensure shipments meet customs requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong customer service or support experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.

  • Are detail-oriented and able to comprehend and execute complex contracts and procedures.

  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple business units.

  • Have experience with logistics, supply chain, or inventory management (preferred).

  • Can manage advanced mathematical and financial quoting processes (preferred).

  • Are able to work on the 1st shift at the Weston, FL location.
