Food Warehouse Packer – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Augusta, GA
Job Type: Full-time
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team ensuring the smooth operation of a fast-paced food warehouse? Kelly Services is seeking dedicated Food Warehouse Packers to join our workforce. In this rewarding role, you’ll make a vital contribution to our packaging operations, helping maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Shift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($14.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($14.15/hr)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($14.30/hr)
Note: Weekends and overtime ARE required
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pack food products, ensuring all package seals and code dates are accurate.
- Systematically load pouches into caddies for processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Safely and effectively operate hydraulic pallet jacks.
- Work collaboratively with team leads, managers, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Wear and follow all required PPE protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete thorough equipment cleaning at the conclusion of each run and during scheduled clean-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to stand for 3–4-hour intervals, with frequent repetitive motions.
- Capable of reaching above, at, and below shoulder level.
- Comfortable working around machinery and in environments with loud noise.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Strong commitment to upholding product quality and integrity.
