Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay: $15.50 an hour
Hours: 5:00am-1:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
- Supporting the organization’s CARE values and commitment to quality.
- Assisting in receiving materials, equipment, and supplies delivered on purchase orders.
- Loading and unloading trucks with material, supplies, and equipment.
- Moving materials to their proper location or work area.
- Following company policies and procedures related to material functions.
- Wrapping, packing, and preparing products for movement or shipment.
- Performing periodic inventory checks and stock control as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to transport and store materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school education or equivalent.
- Can operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Are detail oriented and safety focused.
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Can read and interpret drawings and visual aids.
