Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour

Shift: 1st  7am-4pm, Monday-Friday

 

What’s a typical day as a Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating warehouse forklifts safely to handle, move, and store packaged and pre-packaged products

  • Accurately completing and submitting all paperwork in a timely manner

  • Verifying the condition of customer packages and reporting non-conformance

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock facilities

  • Assisting in various warehouse operations as needed, including taking product samples and reporting contaminants

  • Accurately inputting data into warehouse management systems

  • Consistently following all workplace safety procedures and reporting safety issues promptly

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience (certified forklift license preferred)

  • Have at least 6 consecutive months of daily forklift driving experience

  • Possess a valid state driver’s license

  • Can lift up to 55 lbs for 15 minutes and move pallets weighing up to 75 lbs

  • Can pass a drug test, background check, and have no felony convictions within the past 7 years

  • Are committed to working safely and following all required PPE protocols

  • Are able to operate warehouse equipment and use computer/keyboard for data entry

  • Are effective at communication, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving
