Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00PM–12:30AM
Location: Springfield, OH 45505

What’s a typical day as Mailroom Specialist? You’ll be:
- Preparing and scanning hazard mail documents electronically using OPEX mail machines for transfer to other departments
- Prepping incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP) and handling other mailroom tasks as assigned
- Sorting and organizing mail for associates and processing manual paperwork
- Sitting at an opening machine, feeding opened documents into the machines for scanning
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Are detail-oriented with good hand/eye coordination
- Can sit and/or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
- Possess basic computer skills and are comfortable learning new software
- Are organized, flexible, and able to handle different assignments as needed
- Enjoy working in a team setting with a pleasant and easy-going attitude
- Prefer to work a night shift schedule
