Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.50/hour (based on shift and experience)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Available Shifts:
- A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Training typically takes place on A Shift for 1–2 weeks (when available)

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, your day may include:
- Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials
- Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions
- Performing quality checks and maintaining production records
- Using hand tools and power equipment
- Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Comfort with hands-on, physical work
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to train in multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)
- Willingness to wear required PPE; ability to obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
