Reach Truck Operator 


Ready to take your warehouse career to the next level? Kelly is seeking Reach Truck Operators for Motorola in Elgin, IL. 


Choose Your Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:15pm ($18.50/hr)

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm ($20.00/hr)

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate Crown Stand-Up Reach Trucks to move products and shipments

  • Assist with additional material handling tasks during slower periods

  • Keep our warehouse running smoothly, efficiently, and safely

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • At least 1 year of Stand-Up Reach Truck experience (Crown preferred)

  • Solid skills in reach truck, cherry picker, sit-down forklift, and pallet rider

  • Ability to pass an on-site Stand-Up Reach Truck test

  • Physical capability to stand/move throughout your shift and lift up to 35 lbs unassisted & 65+ lbs with team help
