What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical components and machines using blueprints and schematics
  

• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical assemblies
  

• Use precision tools (torque wrenches, gauges, indicators) to meet tolerances
  

• Operate overhead crane to move large components during assembly
  

• Follow quality standards and safety procedures
  

• Maintain clean, organized work areas aligned with lean principles
  

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of assembly experience OR 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or service
  

• Ability to read blueprints and basic schematics
  

• Experience using precision measuring tools
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  

• Ability to read and measure in both inch and metric systems
  

• Ability to work independently and within a team
  

• Electrical wiring experience, forklift, or computer skills are a plus

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
  

• Direct Hire Opportunity
  

• $26.00–$28.00/hr DOE
