Customer Support Representative I

Location: Pineville, NC
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Status: Temporary to Permanent


Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative I to join our team in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service while supporting administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with recent customer service and administrative experience who are looking for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details

  • Process orders, updates, and customer requests in internal systems

  • Maintain and update customer records with a high level of accuracy

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation

  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication

Qualifications

  • Recent experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative roles required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns effectively
