Position: Electronic Assembler
Location: Elgin, IL
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm ($20.50/hr)

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs., team lift required)
- Follow step-by-step instructions on a computer to build the custom frames that support our clients’ equipment
- Read and interpret written instructions to ensure precise assembly from start to finish
- Work independently or in small, supportive teams to build and wire racks
- Handle intricate systems and electronic components with care and precision
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing — REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable lifting up to 65 lbs. (with help—team lift!)
- Able to follow computer-based step-by-step instructions accurately
- Dependable and a team player
