Position: Electronic Assembler
Location: Elgin, IL

Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required)
- Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
- Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
- Work independently or collaboratively in small, supportive teams
- Handle intricate electronics and components with focus and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling heavy equipment with team support
- Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
