Kelly Services is currently seeking a Test Engineer/Validation Engineer position for one of our top clients in Danvers, MA.

  • Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Test Engineer/Validation Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Danvers, MA. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Test Engineer  placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
 
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and validating tests to ensure products meet defined requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. This position plays a critical role in supporting product development and maintaining compliance within a regulated laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute testing activities in accordance with standardized guidelines, including FDA regulations, SOPs, and internal work instructions

  • Design and perform verification testing to ensure products meet defined requirements and specifications

  • Analyze historical and current test data using statistical tools to identify trends and support decision-making

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, protocols, and reports

  • Plan and execute test method validation activities, including assessing accuracy, precision, and repeatability

  • Ensure all testing and documentation aligns with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Quality Management System (QMS) standards

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and testing efficiency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve product performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field (or equivalent technician experience with laboratory background)

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in test method validation within a laboratory environment

  • Experience working with electrical and/or mechanical systems and performing related testing

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab or similar software)

  • Hands-on experience with laboratory and testing equipment such as microscopes, multimeters, pressure sensors, and thermocouples

  • Strong documentation skills with experience in GLP and QMS environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology

  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and industry standards

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment

  • Onsite laboratory setting in Danvers, MA

  • Hands-on work with testing equipment and engineering systems

  • Collaborative, cross-functional team environment
