Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:24 PM – 11:54 PM (2nd Shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Associate Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Largo, FL. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build a career in logistics and distribution. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately from inventory
- Receive and distribute materials to support production and other departments
- Process incoming purchase receipts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize and store materials to maximize efficiency and workflow
- Transport materials between buildings as needed
- Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory activities
- Replenish stock in primary inventory locations
- Operate forklifts, man-up/order picker equipment, and other material handling tools (must be comfortable working at heights)
- Support mailroom operations, including internal deliveries and outgoing shipments
- Maintain 6S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Cross-train and assist team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform basic math (counts, weights, measurements, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to rotate across different warehouse functions
Work Environment & Expectations
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand and be active for up to 8 hours per shift
