Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:24 PM – 11:54 PM (2nd Shift)
Job Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire


Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Associate Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Largo, FL. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build a career in logistics and distribution. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately from inventory

  • Receive and distribute materials to support production and other departments

  • Process incoming purchase receipts and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Organize and store materials to maximize efficiency and workflow

  • Transport materials between buildings as needed

  • Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory activities

  • Replenish stock in primary inventory locations

  • Operate forklifts, man-up/order picker equipment, and other material handling tools (must be comfortable working at heights)

  • Support mailroom operations, including internal deliveries and outgoing shipments

  • Maintain 6S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

  • Cross-train and assist team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to perform basic math (counts, weights, measurements, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

  • Willingness to rotate across different warehouse functions

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted

  • Ability to stand and be active for up to 8 hours per shift
