Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative support, manage office operations, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay– $17/hour
Schedule– 8am-5pm
Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Manage filing systems and office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support team projects and special assignments
- Assist with permits, passes, applications, pavilion rentals, town events, Parks and Rec. etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 2-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
