Summary

Join Kelly® as a General Laborer and play a key role in supporting production needs at a leading manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls, WI. This is your opportunity to build your skills in light industrial work with comprehensive training and a great team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate 14–15 injection molding machines within a production cell on a 12-hour shift.

  • Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and squatting throughout your shift.

  • Operate auxiliary equipment, inspect products for quality, and follow written work instructions.

  • Label and package products according to work instructions and customer requirements.

  • Support and maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may include ladder climbing.

  • Maintain accurate records and report to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

  • Good attention to detail and strong visual skills.

  • Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Solid work record with positive references.

  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written).

  • Basic computer skills.

Additional Details

  • Overtime may be required.

  • Lunch break: 30 minutes.

  • Good housekeeping and adherence to safety standards are essential.
