Location: Fletcher NC
Pay Rate: Starting at $34.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Shifts Available:

•    1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
•    2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM
•    3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM

About the Role:
Kelly® is hiring a highly skilled Maintenance Electricians to work onsite at Cummins, a global leader in automotive component manufacturing. This is a full-time role offering competitive weekly pay and growth potential. As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving industrial electrical systems—while mentoring others and driving a culture of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
•    Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and components
•    Lead and coordinate team members on electrical repair and maintenance tasks
•    Proactively plan and schedule maintenance to reduce downtime and meet production goals
•    Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
•    Use appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
•    Support in equipment failure analysis and process improvement initiatives
•    Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications
•    Perform quality inspections and ensure proper documentation for all maintenance activities
•    Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
•    Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments
•    Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ongoing professional training

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications in electrical/mechanical disciplines are preferred
•    Extensive experience in industrial electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting
•    Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, automation, controls, and safety standards
•    Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance team members
•    Ability to interpret technical diagrams and documentation
•    Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
•    Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
•    Valid driver’s license may be required; may require additional licensing for compliance purposes
