Starting pay:  $24.50/hr – higher based on experience 

Shift: Rotating Shift 7:20am-7:30pm and 7:20pm – 7:30am

3 on days – 1 off – 3 on nights -3 off and 4 on days than 1 week off
 

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:

  • Performing rotating equipment repairs and troubleshooting, including equipment alignment and seal repairs

  • Carrying out Preventive Maintenance functions as needed

  • Installing and assisting in new equipment installations

  • Installing, repairing, and calibrating instrumentation, including analytical instrumentation

  • Troubleshooting and repairing DCS components (Emerson Delta V preferred) and reading PLCs for repair or installation

  • Performing various mechanical, piping, and vessel entry duties

  • Installing and repairing electrical control systems, including motor control installation and troubleshooting

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics

  • Using basic computer skills in daily maintenance activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience with rotating equipment, alignment, and seal repairs (must have)

  • Possess skills in electrical control system installation/repair and motor control troubleshooting (must have)

  • Are comfortable with DCS component troubleshooting, preferably Emerson Delta V, and PLC reading (preferred)

  • Have experience with light rigging, piping joints, gaskets, tubing fitting (3/4”), and valve maintenance (preferred)

  • Can operate light load lifting equipment safely

  • Are able to read blueprints and use computers for maintenance documentation and troubleshooting
