Now Hiring: Shipment Setup Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Pay: $23.50/hour

We are seeking a Shipment Setup Specialist for a professional, client-facing role supporting patients through important pharmacy-related services. This position plays a key part in helping ensure patients receive their therapy quickly, accurately, and with a high level of care through the Non-Commercial Pharmacy.
In this role, you will support patient-specific programs, complete shipment setup, enroll patients into a safe return program, and maintain detailed documentation across multiple computer systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and refill calls to patients and provide ongoing support

Complete shipment setup in the non-commercial pharmacy dispensing system

Document all activity accurately in multiple systems

Maintain regular touchpoints with patients throughout their journey

Provide support and status updates to field teams, HCP offices, and patients

Help ensure efficient referral processing, triaging, and shipment setup

Deliver concierge-level service to both internal and external customers

Resolve requests in a timely and accurate manner and escalate when needed

Maintain phone and email communication with internal operational staff

Utilize outbound faxes, internal systems, email alerts, and mailings per program guidelines

Coordinate shipments to HCP offices using an online shipment portal

Maintain a strong compliance mindset, including patient privacy and regulatory standards

Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and positive team environment
Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Minimum 4 years of experience as a case manager or call center representative

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Customer-focused mindset with empathy, drive, and commitment to service

Ability to build productive internal and external relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree
-
Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing
