2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Temp to Hire
Location: West Fargo, ND
Pay: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience & skills)
2nd Shift Premium: Extra 7% pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM, with occasional Friday overtime

What You’ll Do:

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and take apart products

  • Read blueprints and use gauges to make sure everything is top quality

  • Help keep things safe by joining in safety checks and maintenance

  • Spot issues early and be part of solving problems

  • Jump in to help in different areas on the shop floor

  • Work together in a positive, team-focused environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or as a mechanic (preferred)

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently—even when it’s busy

  • Reliable attendance

Your Workday:

  • Be on your feet—walking, standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and doing hands-on work

  • Use your hands for repetitive tasks and computer work

  • Stay safe with good hearing and vision for spotting details
