Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Performing detailed manual deburring and finishing of aluminum medical components to exacting cosmetic and dimensional standards.
  

• Operating, loading, and unloading Makino and Mazak CNC mills and lathes to maintain high-volume output.
  

• Conducting in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  

• Running established CNC programs, making tool changes, performing tool offset adjustments, and closely monitoring production cycles.
  

• Providing routine preventive maintenance, such as coolant and lubrication checks, chip removal, and assisting in diagnosing mechanical or tooling issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1–3+ years of CNC experience in a production environment,
  

• Demonstrate strong manual dexterity and attention to detail, especially for quality cosmetic work on aluminum components.
  

• Are comfortable performing basic tool changes and tool offset adjustments and using precision measuring tools.
  

• Possess a basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting, and a willingness to further develop these skills.
  

• Can stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a dynamic production environment with occasional exposure to coolant and metal chips.
  

• Are able to accurately complete production and quality documentation and follow digital work instructions.
