$20 per hour

Shift: 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Maintaining the flow of stocked and delivered inventory by pulling material from bins and loading materials onto trucks
  

• Placing new material arrivals into bins and accurately recording inventory data via scanning or manual entry
  

• Unloading materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and inspecting them for quality requirements
  

• Stocking and transferring materials, tools, and equipment to appropriate storage locations based on predetermined criteria
  

• Marking materials with correct identifying information and assembling customer orders for packaging and shipment
  

• Preparing documentation for various shipping methods (UPS, LTL, Air, etc.)
  

• Adhering to all required safety policies and maintaining warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety standards
  

• Reporting directly to the Branch Manager or as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
  

• Are able to read, write, and speak English proficiently to ensure safety and clear communication
  

• Possess basic math, typing, and computer skills
  

• Are able to provide documentation verifying legal work status
  

• Are willing to learn federal, health, and safety regulations as well as warehouse operations and business processes
  

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and ethical conduct
  

• Can perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
