Job Posting: Supply Chain Technician 

Compensation: $16 per hour

Location: Hybird – Santa Isabel

Position Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Technician to join our Supplier Master Data team. This team plays a vital role in supporting vendor master transactions at the enterprise level, managing all data elements related t suppliers in our enterprise supplier database and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute requests involving supplier setups and updates, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Respond to service tickets and other requests by adding vendors to enterprise database, verifying information against backup documentation and approvals.
Maintain and update vendor master information based on service requests.
Conduct appropriate screenings and validations as required or upon request.
Communicate critical supplier status information to stakeholders, including updates on bankruptcies and debarments.
Compile and distribute monthly reports to stakeholders regarding vendor activity.
Assist with process improvement projects and other special assignments as needed.
Follow written work instructions for guidance on daily job activities.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility to easily move between tasks

  • SAP or ERP systems
