Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (compensation based on experience)

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
- Retrieving stock and fulfilling work orders and customer orders
- Receiving incoming goods, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate computer records
- Storing materials in designated warehouse locations and ensuring proper inventory levels
- Completing inventory transactions using computers or other devices
- Delivering materials to various work centers and workstations
- Printing customer orders, picking products, and fulfilling line items
- Assisting with resolving shortages and investigating their causes
- Preparing materials for outside processing and communicating with planning and purchasing teams
- Maintaining a clean and orderly stockroom aligned with 6S standards
- Transporting goods to and from multiple locations and conducting physical stock audits
- Performing additional duties and assignments as directed by the inventory supervisor and leadership team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory, warehousing, or a distribution center environment (required)
- Possess general knowledge of inventory systems and are comfortable using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Have strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Are able to read, write, and understand English
- Lean training or experience is preferred but not required
- Are able to work in an ITAR-compliant facility (must meet all related requirements)
