Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Monday- Friday- 9am-5pm
$45.00/hour

What’s a typical day as Digital Marketing Specialist? You’ll be:
Email Marketing Support
• Assist in writing and building customer newsletters in HubSpot for sleep and respiratory audiences.
• Collaborate with Sleep Coaches to draft, build, and send  educational emails in HubSpot.
• Manage sending of resupply email campaigns working closely with the call center based on inbound call volume capacity.
• Manage email list uploads, segmentation, and basic performance reporting.
• Content & Blog Creation
• Research blog article ideas related to respiratory and sleep health.
• Conduct keyword research and embed SEO keywords into blog articles.
• Write, edit, and publish blog content to the website using HubSpot CMS
• Social Media Coordination
• Help manage and maintain social media calendars for Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
• Review and approve content created by agency partners.

• Support scheduling posts and tracking engagement and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with the Marketing team to support website and social media content updates for Sleep and Respiratory. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Have 5+ year of digital marketing experience, including internships.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (experience with HubSpot a plus).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable with research and basic keyword analysis for SEO.
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and X and scheduling tools.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools for light content editing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
