Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00
Shift: 1st/2nd: 5:50AM-6:00PM/5:50PM-6:00AM

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Loading catalyst substrates onto coating machines and production lines
- Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment
- Operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Performing general housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment
- Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues
- Following work instructions and product specifications in the Prep Department
- Adding raw materials to vessels or blending tanks, setting controls, and monitoring processes
- Weighing, dumping ingredients, adjusting controls and valves, and transferring slurries as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Are comfortable operating machinery and performing physical tasks, including lifting and handling materials
- Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Can follow written work instructions and product specifications accurately
- Demonstrate reliability and a positive work ethic
