Información de Pago y Turnos 

  • Producción/Operador de Montacargas: 
    $18.00 – $19.00 por hora 

  • Técnico de Mantenimiento de Instalaciones: 
    Salario inicial de $20.75 por hora 

  • Mantenimiento: Salario $34.00 – $37.00 por hora 

  • Turnos: Disponibles 1er, 2do, y 3er turno
    (Se requiere tiempo extra-viernes o sábado alternos) 

Puestos Disponibles 

Técnicos de Producción en Carcasa 

  • Realizar operaciones de formado de metal, soldadura y corte para componentes de eje motriz 

  • Monitorear la calidad del producto y solucionar problemas de equipo 

Técnicos de Producción en Engranajes 

  • Operar máquinas CNC, sistemas robóticos de carga y celdas de producción integradas 

  • Verificar la calidad del producto usando instrumentos de medición de precisión 

Técnicos de Ensamble en Producción 

  • Ensamblar componentes para ejes motrices de servicio pesado 

  • Utilizar herramientas de precisión, como calibradores y micrómetros, para asegurar estándares de calidad 

Operadores de Montacargas 

  • Operar de manera segura montacargas de asiento, order pickers y reach trucks 

  • Seleccionar, empacar y acomodar materiales en el almacén con escáneres RF 

Electricistas de Mantenimiento 

  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas, además de reparar y dar mantenimiento a sistemas eléctricos y equipos industriales utilizando diagramas e instrumentos de prueba 

Técnico de Mantenimiento de Instalaciones 

  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas, además de reparar y dar mantenimiento a sistemas eléctricos y equipos industriales utilizando diagramas e instrumentos de prueba 

 

Requisitos y Beneficios 

  • Experiencia: 1 año para Producción/Montacargas, 5 años para Mantenimiento 

  • Físico: Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras, permanecer de pie durante todo el turno y buena destreza manual 

  • Beneficios: Pago semanal, no se requiere diploma de preparatoria o GED, y oportunidades de crecimiento con posibilidad de contratación permanente.
