Why should you consider a position as a Clinical Trial Customer Service Professional?
- $18.00/hr
- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Possible overtime
What’s a typical day as a Clinical Trial Customer Service Professional? You’ll be:
- Calling individuals that have registered to participate in Clinical Trials
- Asking screening questions and recording answers to qualify individuals for Clinical Trials
- Providing next steps for individuals that qualify for the Clinical Trial
- Providing other trial options for individuals that do not qualify
You may be a good fit for this position, if:
- You are able to work in Richardson
- You are comfortable using multiple monitors and typing while obtaining answers
- You are looking for a call center position without the pressure of cold calls or high quota expectations.
