Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety information
- Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection required (must be ASTM approved)
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble electronic components with hand tools and careful attention to detail
- Inspect, measure, package, label, and ship finished parts
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
- Pick, move, and organize parts by size, color, or product code
- Operate dollies, tuggers, or forklifts to safely transport materials
- Perform physical tasks: stand and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, push, pull, and squat
You’re a Match If You Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and enjoy hands-on work
- An interest in working with your hands and using small tools
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-first attitude
- Commitment to safety and a willingness to work occasional overtime
