This is a temp-hire position, working 8-4:30pm, M-F, at $20.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as Molding Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating assigned molding machines and following production instructions
- Performing visual inspections of all parts according to the Quality Plan
- Degating parts using sidecutters or a CNC mill
- Packaging products according to requirements and maintaining accurate production records
- Keeping molding cell clean and filling material hoppers
- Documenting rejects and hours worked accurately
- Providing relief or backup to other operators as needed
- Following company documentation and ISO quality system requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring previous experience in molding or optical cosmetic inspection (preferred)
- Possess excellent visual acuity and attention to detail (must-have)
- Are comfortable keeping accurate records and following established processes
- Has reliable transportation, this position is NOT on the busline
