Pay Rate/Shift:
– Shift 1: $19.50/hour. 6am-2:30pm.
– Shift 2: $21.50/hour (+$2 differential). 2pm-10:30pm.
*Must be available to work either shift.

What’s a typical day as a General Operator? You’ll be:
• Utilizing standard operating procedures to maintain safety and quality while performing daily functions.
• Engaging in various tasks such as inspecting and maintaining seed crops, managing seed inventory, and supporting harvesting and packaging during peak seasons.
• Participating in year-round responsibilities including cleaning, maintenance work, and overall plant upkeep to ensure operational efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are able to perform physical requirements without restrictions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing on concrete for extended periods.
• Can read and write in English and operate a computer.
• Have reliable transportation and are available to work either day or night shifts, with a flexible schedule of 36-48 hours per week.
