Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing team in Middlesborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and customizing products using MIG and TIG welding while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, following blueprints, and creating finished products from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Interpret blueprints and follow specifications to produce custom products
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials
- Safely operate power tools and hand tools
- Measure and mark materials to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and finish surfaces (grinding, sanding, polishing)
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance
What You Bring
- 2+ years of welding experience
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
- Strong math skills for measurements and accuracy
