Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$65,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm (or until finish-need to be flexible)

What’s a typical day as Production Manager? You’ll be:
• Supervising production crews to ensure efficient operations and adherence to performance measures.
• Utilizing World Class Manufacturing techniques to drive operational results and achieve quality, cost, and service goals.
• Actively planning and organizing day-to-day manufacturing operations, including meat preparation through packing processes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a 4-year college degree in Food Science, Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Have 3+ years of experience in a meat further processing environment and 2+ years of direct supervision in a manufacturing setting.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
