Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking to hire a S&C Machine Operator in Norwood, MA. Please apply using your 2026 resume.
- Pay: $20-24
- Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Responsibilities:
S&C (Straight & Cut) requires the operator to set up and monitor a machine that straightens and cuts wire to a specified length.
- Set up and adjust the wire straightening and cutting machine according to production requirements
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure consistent performance and quality output
- Inspect finished wires for conformity to specifications
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns to maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Record production data and follow procedures
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine setup
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
