Receiving Materials Coordinator
This is a 100% on-site, night shift (5:00 PM-1:00 AM) position at a Brentwood NY location. The role coordinates material flow through Receiving and Warehousing, overseeing quality, estimates, and tracking in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities include supervising a small materials team, verifying and tracking inventory, performing audits, managing accurate records, and training staff. The position works closely with other departments, adjusts labor needs, and enforces warehouse policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ production/warehouse experience
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work under deadlines, lead teams, and resolve issues
Compensation: $22.00–$23.00 per hour (bonus eligible) with benefits.
