Now Hiring: Sit-Down Forklift Operator  – 1st & 2nd Shift
If you have sit-down clamp forklift experience and are looking for a consistent schedule with the potential to go permanent, this is a strong opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
 
Location: Wilmer, TX 75172
Pay: $18hr -  $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
1st shift: 7:00AM -3:30PM
2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely moving and managing inventory.
 

  • Operate sit-down clamp forklifts and other material handling equipment

  • Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse

  • Stage and prepare orders for shipment

  • Verify product accuracy and quantities for outgoing orders

  • Assist with picking, inventory counts, and cycle counts

  • Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy

  • Complete daily equipment inspections before use

  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns

 
What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down clamp forklift experience (required)

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience

  • Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to safety and reliability

 
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 10–12 hours per shift

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures and conditions
