Location: Wilmer, TX 75172
Pay: $18hr - $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
1st shift: 7:00AM -3:30PM
2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely moving and managing inventory.
- Operate sit-down clamp forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product accuracy and quantities for outgoing orders
- Assist with picking, inventory counts, and cycle counts
- Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy
- Complete daily equipment inspections before use
- Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down clamp forklift experience (required)
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to safety and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 10–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures and conditions
