Kelly Services is hiring Set-Up Operator for a well-established manufacturer and supplier of wire harnesses, cables, and custom components, proudly headquartered in Twinsburg since 1987.

$17.00 Per Hour $1.00/hr. Shift Premium
2nd Shift 2:00pm -10:00pm (Training on 1st shift or cross shift required)
MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE STEP-UP EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

• Follow direction from department supervisor and meet production goals
  

• Set up and operate production machinery after training
  

• Complete assembly paperwork and maintain accurate documentation
  

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

• Perform various electronic and mechanical assembly tasks, including:
  

• Wiring, harness assembly, and cable preparation
  

• Soldering, heat shrinking, and terminal insertion
  

• Testing equipment setup (Cirris/Dynalab testers)
  

• Labeling, packaging, and kitting products
  

• Using hand tools, calipers, torque tools, and soldering equipment
  

• Machine operation (spot welders, tie guns, braid machines, etc.)

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production experience Required
  

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup
  

• Quality or electronics assembly experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. intermittently
  

• Must be able to bend, squat, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
