We’re seeking a Stockroom Associate – 2nd Shift to work at a premier manufacturing client in Skaneateles, NY. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$21.40 per hour

Shift:

2nd shift Monday – Friday, 2:45pm – 11:00pm. Associates typically work full shifts, which may last 8 hours or more. Overtime may be necessary.

What’s a typical day as a Stockroom Associate? You’ll be:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and checking for damage.

  • Unloading products from trucks and organizing/storing them in designated areas; maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.

  • Performing SAP transactions and ensuring all orders are accurately labeled and ready for delivery.

  • Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols and 6S standards.

  • Collaborating closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and maintain workflow.

  • Assisting with training new employees and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

  • Strictly following Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory compliance standards.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred but not required).

  • Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Are able to read and interpret technical documents and inventory records.

  • Demonstrate good communication and basic computer skills.

  • Are prepared for physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and repetitive tasks.

  • Can work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels, and are comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

  • Are adaptable, reliable, and open to occasional overtime.
