Potential Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.50/hour (based on shift and experience)

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunities

  • Shifts May Include:

    • A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

    • B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)


  • Training is typically held on A Shift (1–2 weeks, when available)

What You Could Be Doing

As a Production Associate, responsibilities may include:

  • Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat materials

  • Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions

  • Performing quality checks and tracking production data

  • Using hand tools and power equipment

  • Lifting and moving materials throughout the facility

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfort with physical, hands-on work

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Flexibility to work across departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)

  • Willingness to wear PPE; ability to obtain steel/composite toe footwear
