Assembly Worker – Production Operator
Location: Franklin, TN
Schedule: 3:30pm-12:00am Mon-Fri
Pay:$17.50
About the Role
Kelly is seeking an Assembly Worker – Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform vital tasks in the assembly, molding, and/or press departments. This hands-on position is responsible for assembling products, operating machines, and preparing finished items for shipment, all while maintaining high-quality standards and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet production targets.
- Operate machinery and inspect produced parts for quality and function.
- Prepare and deliver components for final assembly and shipment.
- Inspect assembly components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Test completed products and make minor repairs as needed.
- Stock workstations with necessary assembly components and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Report issues or equipment malfunctions to line lead or supervisor promptly.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Competencies & Abilities
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physically dexterous with the ability to work efficiently with hands.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with arms.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment exposed to dust, odors, and noise.
- Proper safety procedures and equipment provided.
