Production Technician I – $20/hr (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Looking for a stable work opportunity? Join our team as a Production Technician working Monday- Thursday. Choose the shift that fits your life—Day or Night—with overtime available on Fridays.
Important:
Due to respirator requirements, all candidates must be clean shaven to properly wear a dust cartridge respirator mask.
Shifts:
- Day: 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Mon–Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)
- Night: 4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m., Mon–Thu (Fridays as needed for overtime)
What You’ll Do:
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment for processing bulk powder compounds
- Handle materials, monitor processes, and keep accurate records
- Keep workstations organized and ensure compliance with SOP, SQF, GMP, and safety protocols
- Document production data, perform inventory counts, and participate in process improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but motivation and dependability matter most.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly and use basic hand tools
- Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with basic technology
