Purchasing Coordinator
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Type: Temporary | Full-Time | 1–2 Month Assignment
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr
Start: Immediate
Overview:
We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for a short-term onsite assignment supporting a fast-paced operations and supply chain team in St. Louis, MO. This role is highly transactional and detail-oriented, focused on accurate purchase order entry and monitoring, as well as resolving late or delayed orders to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP/system
- Monitor order status and follow up on late or delayed orders
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order issues
- Support purchasing workflows and administrative supply chain tasks
- Maintain accuracy of purchasing data and records within systems
- Assist with general procurement coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative coordination
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to work onsite in St. Louis, MO
- Available for immediate start
