Press Operator
Location: Chandler, AZ 85226
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30p.m.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate leads by example, demonstrates a strong understanding of production operations, and supports the Manufacturing Manager in all production-related activities.
Essential Job Functions:

• Proper use of production equipment.
  

• Accurate reading and execution of work order instructions.
  

• Recording part counts, lot, batch, and cure (if applicable), and scrap amounts.
  

• Loading, using, storing, and identifying tooling.
  

• Ensuring proper packaging to protect materials during handling and shipping.
  

• Accurate product labeling (including label content like P/N, quantity, lot, etc.).
  

• Performing equipment preventative maintenance (if requested and trained).
  

• Conducting Ryobi and other customer cycle counts.
  

• Identifying and communicating waste during fabrication.
  

• Proper storage and identification of raw material stock.
  

• Recording labor for parts produced.
  

• Maintaining clean and organized shop areas.
  

• Recording run parameters.
  

• Following all safety protocols in the work area.
  

• Contributing to production feasibility meetings (if requested).
