Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker
Location: Gardena
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Start time between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (8-hour shifts, overtime may be available)


Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team in Gardena. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, accurately picking orders, and maintaining high productivity standards.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick a diverse product mix for customer orders and organize into designated totes

  • Maintain a productivity rate of 120+ items per hour to meet shipping goals

  • Perform visual inspections to ensure items are damage-free and match order details

  • Use RF scanners and iPads with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting

  • Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently throughout the shift

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred

  • Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
