 Administrative Assistant 

  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Shifts:
8:00am – 5:00pm, M-F

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive and sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient sales office operations and facilitating communication within the entire organization. This role requires a detail orientated individual who can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive VP/COO and or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.

  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

  • Maintains and responds to customer requested quotes and other correspondence.

  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role for at least 3 (three) years.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
