Location: Enfield, CT (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided and clear room for advancement.

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal production teams. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

  • Process work orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Manage customer orders, including data files, artwork, and instructions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy

  • Maintain and update customer records and account information

  • Monitor customer materials and inventory

  • Manage postage requests and track receipts

  • Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or changes

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

  • Stay current on postal rules and regulations

  • Support team members through cross-training and coverage when needed

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, accuracy)

  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of customer service or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
