Production Manual Assembler
Summary
Join our team as a Production Manual Assembler, where you’ll build small parts, cables, and hardware with a strong focus on quality and precision. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment across team-based and production line settings.
Location: Middletown, PA
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM
Payrate: $20.25 (with opportunities to earn up to $32.25/hr. for overtime and weekend hours)
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small parts and cables with accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow assembly prints and production documents
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
- Support team-based, batch, or flow line production
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with small parts or electronic assembly (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand English work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Sit or stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
- Use pallet jacks, carts, and portable staircases (up to 12 ft)
