Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st – Monday – Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm with 1-hr lunch)

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone messages
- Directing the public, customers, vendors, and visitors to the appropriate staff member, ensuring safety policy compliance
- Handling secretarial duties and supporting meeting/conference planning
- Ordering and managing office supply inventory
- Managing miscellaneous shipping needs and ordering flowers for special occasions
- Assisting with time sheet approvals and supporting employees/managers with workforce processes
- Supporting HR hiring processes, including scheduling orientation and weekly job postings
- Posting and closing jobs, dispositioning candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Tracking referrals and coordinating referral payouts
- Setting up interviews for hourly positions and creating employee badges
- Updating requisition trackers and managing café swipe access
- Assisting with new hire bios/pictures and menu updates
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service
- Performing data entry and maintaining records using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Supporting daily administrative processes and organizational tasks
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams, including HR and recruiting as needed
- Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in an administrative or office support role (required)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Present a professional demeanor and adhere to business casual attire
- Can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have HR or recruiting experience (preferred, but not required)
