Machine Operator – Family-Owned Print & Mail Business (Louisville, KY 40218)
Are you a dependable team player ready to join a tight-knit, family-owned print and mail operation? We’re looking for someone with an outstanding attitude and commitment to quality—our team values support, reliability, and positivity, and many of our staff have called this place home for years!
Position Highlights:

  • Pay: $20.00/hr

  • Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm

  • Type: Temp-to-Hire

  • Location: Louisville, KY 40218

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mail & print equipment, transforming post-press products into finished goods by following specific job ticket instructions

  • Set up machinery according to customer specifications

  • Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and produces high-quality products

  • Retrieve and organize necessary materials (cores, boxes, supplies) for daily operation

  • Read and interpret written/verbal instructions and job tickets

Requirements:

  • Prior machine operator experience, ideally in print/mail environments

  • Strong attention to detail with a solid focus on quality control

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude

  • Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality

  • Physically able to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

  • High School Diploma or GED required
